Dr. Mohamad Akil
BSc, MEd, LMCC, MD, CCFP
Dr. Mohamad Akil is an IRCC designated panel physician in Ottawa. He performs immigration medical exams for permanent residency, refugee exam, work permit, student or visitor visa.

Dr. Akil is an experienced family physician and circumcision specialist with over 8 years of extensive practice spanning across Canada. His expertise in family medicine and surgical skills in circumcisions and medical aesthetic procedures are well known amongst his colleagues and patients.​

Dr. Rosalind Ashton
MD, MSc, CCFP​
Dr. Rosalind Ashton is an IRCC designated panel physician in Ottawa. She performs immigration medical exams for permanent residency, refugee exam, work permit, student or visitor visa.

Dr. Ashton is a general practitioner with a special interest in dermatology. She went to Dalhousie Medical School and then did residency in family medicine at the Civic Hospital in Ottawa. She is currently on faculty at the University of Ottawa and teaches medical students and residents. Dr. Ashton also completed a clinical dermatology master’s degree at King’s College London in the UK, her thesis on immunobullous disease in children.
